The Digital Skills with Confidence group is a friendly, hands-on, learning group designed to help seniors build confidence when using digital devices (smartphones, tablets and computers). Sessions focus on practical, everyday digital skills.

The group is led by a professional IT consultant, in a friendly manner, without jargon or pressure. Simple guides will be available to accompany demonstrations. Topics of sessions include; using email, social media and video calls, managing photos and cloud storage, online safety and avoiding scams, using Apps e.g. NHS and banking, organising files and backups. This group will give members confidence to use digital devices safely and with confidence. At the end of each session there will time for Questions and Answers.
